RETURNS-
If I am unsatisfied with the goods I receive what can I
do?
All goods are sold
"AS IS" and all
Sales are final. There
is no guarantee or warranty, express or implied and without
limitations, of merchandise fitness or marketability. No
Exchanges, Refunds or Credits. No refunds for salvage,
truckloads, pallets, website links, e-books, software,
dealership fees, membership fees, any form of informational
products or digital downloads. All rush
fees, processing fees, shipping fees, insurance fees,
customs fees and or wire fees are all non-refundable
cost of doing business funds that can't be refunded.

Authorized
Returns: Any return request MUST be
submitted with 48 hours and all RMA forms submitted MUST
BE Admin Approved. ALL Admin
Approved returns WILL incur a restocking fee. If
express permission is given, an in-store credit or
exchange will be
given less all original freight charges and
or fees and
restocking/admin fee. All authorized
returns are charged a non-negotiable 25%
restocking/admin fee(35% fee for sneakers/shoes) and we do
not give cash refunds. Please note: no
refund will be authorized after 48 hour inspection

If a refund is requested due to our error we will
issue a UPS call tag to have your order
picked up at no charge to you. If we sell
you an item with a guarantee, issuing a
refund will not be an issue.

Once a
return is authorized packages are to be returned at
customers expense. Please allow up to 21 working
days for a store credit to be issued after we receive your
return package. All returns must contain all original
materials and be free from any damage, missing parts or
manuals, and in re saleable condition. Otherwise no
refunds, exchanges or credits will be given.
